Abstract

The study of criminal dogmatics is of vital importance in a law student and much more if in the future he plans to practice the profession in the branch of Criminal Law, since it is fundamental for the construction of a theory of the case, since either for the accusing party (Prosecutor's Office), or for the defense. Through a meticulous analysis of the elements that make up the theory of crime, we can find a peculiarity that is decisive in order to obtain an opinion in favor of our client in litigation, or in the same way, that his criminal responsibility is determined. That is why the reformed Organic Comprehensive Criminal Code (COIP) includes dogmatic issues such as: the concept of fraud, type error, prohibition error, etc. That is, dogmatic institutions that are undoubtedly of utmost importance in legal practice.
